How do I change the screen ratio?

I made a mistake when first installing Flatout yesterday. I left alone the selected screen ratio of 16:9 Widescreen. I found out that I didn't like how the screen looked "stretched" from the sides. I tried uninstalling the game and then reinstalling, hoping it would give me a chance to change the screen to 4:3 Fullscreen, but that failed to happen. How do I change the screen ratio? I'd hate to be stuck with 16:9 Widescreen forever, knowing that I screwed up when purchasing this game.

Path_to_steam\Steam\steamapps\common\FlatOut\Savegame
Files are: device.cfg options.sav and options.cfg

I followed msv_Tomsk's tip, and I think I figured it out. The screen ratio affects how the game plays back in a recorded video. Apparently, if I choose a 4:3 ratio, the screen STILL looks stretched in-game, but when looking at the playback in a recorded video, the video appears in fullscreen like the way I was expecting to in 4:3. If 16:9, the video plays back in the strectched format. So now I'm good there; just gotta figure out which one I like, in terms of screen ratio and clear resolution, and I'll be all set.

And now for another subject. Has anybody bought this game off of Steam, and tried installing the mods for it that are seen in these videos here?

Right click game icon --> Properties --> SET LAUNCH OPTIONS...
-setup

Next time you start game the original launch window opens so you can set aspect ratio/resolutions etc...
