There is an award for the first 100 jobs being completed without help from the night shift.
About your 2nd week of the game you will encounter a PC that needs a PSU upgrade. It has an 850W Corsair PSU.
In the email she states she wants a 550W Corsair. The job cannot be completed to get 5 stars. The only way to complete it yourself is to disappoint your client and just take the 850W Corsair out and reinstall it in her PC. Ironically it will turn the "UPGRADE PSU" part of the job green as being completed. BUT you cannot get a 5 star like that. Because she wants a 550W downgrade. The system will state inferior PSU installed. Allowing you to remove the 850W and put it back in, and consider it an upgrade. DAF.....
It really bugs me that there is a bug that states you need to upgrade something, Then are told to "downgrade" the PC to complete the job, only to not even need to UPGRADE anything at all in the end. Dare to say there are very few that will get the award for completing 100 jobs without help, Just for this dumb reason

I had that job, but she did not mention wanting a 550W Corsair. She just wanted an upgraded Corsair PSU. I ended up giving her 1000W Corsair, but the 856W AXi PSU would also have worked because it is more expensive than the one she was currently using. Try that and see if it works.

Also, create a save before doing the job, and also create a save before turning it in. That way if something gets missed, you have a way to complete the job without mistakes if needed.

For the "Tikkit Master" achievement (complete 100 tikkits yourself), you do not need to do all 100 at once. You could send some jobs out and still get the achievement. Just be sure to complete 100 yourself in total.

Actually there is an award for completing ALL jobs without help. So there again. It's kinda a spoiler alert to others you have to ignore the request and do what has to be done, or you'll lose out on the award.

Are you referring to "Employee of the Month
Complete all story jobs by yourself or with Natalia's help."?

If so then no you do not have to do all of them by yourself.

If you are referring to the do 100 Tikkits, then, once again, you do not need to compltete 100 in-a-row by yuourself.

Is there another achievement you are referring to? I may have overlooked one if there is... Hmm.
