Game accesses own actual drives?
Hi,

I wonder what access the game must have to my own physical computer if I can even browse the Windows directory from within the game.

Sounds fishy.

There's nothing "Fishy" about it. If you want to add music it lets you browse to the folder where the music is. All games have access to your hard drive. What do you think the games are doing when they write save files to your computer?

That I know. But the fact I can browse literally any folder on my own system with this game raises more questions than answers. A designated single folder would sound more logical.

Yeah I noticed that. I was like, What the f*ck, how are all of these mine? First you copy my desktop now you copy my files.

It's just a generic operating system "Open File" dialog window. There's nothing fishy about it. Maybe because you're a sharkie you wish everything was fish :>

Really?
It is something we saw a lot in older games, where you could add your own music in the same way.
We dont see it as often these days, but I have seen it many, many times in the past.

What is fishy about navigating your own harddrive?

As someone working in IT, things like that just start to raise alarms. If it's fine. I guess it's fine...
