Can't install colored cables?
I'm early on in the game. Level 3. I've ran across a couple computers now where people hint at liking the plastic white cables. It's not a primary objective though. Every time I go to install and select the plastic white cables nothing happens. How do you go about installing those for them if they want them?

*edit* The couple PC's i've tried it on are Modular PSU's. When I select the colored cable it backs out of that screen and goes back to the (3) cable option and installs the default cables.

take out the power supply and then select the cables before and then put it back in.

I usually pull all cables in those situations, & then replace them with the correct colored cable selectd. Note; many cables will still not display the selected color, but the customers will report they got the correct colored cables in the finished job.

I have had that same issue, I will pull all the cables, and replace them with their desired color, and some, usually around half will continue to be black, and the customer will be happy with that. Their was one job that only 2 cables would change, and the customer was happy with the job

Got an email from the devs--this is a fixed bug which will be in the next release.
