S-ATX vs E-ATX?
What's the difference between the two? I've tried looking it up on here and through Google, and I can't find anything that explains it.

"S-ATX" is just an acronym for "Standard ATX", also known as "ATX", all 3 are the same thing.

And a bit history:
EATX (extended ATX) was used mostly for dual-CPU systems in servers and workstations but today some layouts on "standard" system needs the space (see the Threadripper board in the example above with the huge socket and 8 DIMMs).

µATX (micro ATX) was used mostly in (cheap) OEM systems, retail market and prebuild PCs from "standard" hardware were (normal) ATX.

Those responses are correct. EATX also is made for some gaming applications in order to support more pci slots.
