Stuck in black screen when toggling Quest 3 passthrough on/off

Had this issue crop up twice in a half hour session today. Haven't encountered this prior to the latest update.

After toggling the passthrough mode on my Quest 3 (connected via USB in Quest Link) on and off a few times it just gets stuck on a black screen on the headset but the game is still running on the PC.

I have to go over to my PC and alt-F4 to quit the game and restart it again manually. Restarting Link mode doesn't resume the display either. I've tried resetting view/changing guardian area etc. to no avail.

7800X3D / 4090 on Windows 10 and Geforce driver 566.14 if that matters.

Tried again today but didn't encounter the issue this time - though I toggled passthrough on/off fewer times this session.

Checked game files and it found and fixed 7 files. Beat Saber had a small patch since then too as did the Quest drivers and headset itself.
