Upvote, sometimes it comes to 15-20% of load and then falls into an error.
This solution didn't worked for me.

Maybe this helps someone somewhere:

I could not get cinema mod to work, not on any version, I must have tried 8 different versions. The suggestion in the reddit post didn't work either. I'm using BSManager to manage my mods. And I'm using Quest 2 and a steam version of Beat Saber obviously.

I decided to uninstall Beat Saber and BSManager (make sure to backup your custom maps; they're located wherever you installed Beat Saber, look for Beat Saber > Beat Saber_data > CustomLevels)

After uninstalling I deleted any leftover folders. You can look for stuff in steamapps > common. Basically look for the original installation locations and delete remaining folders.

Reinstall everything. I got BSManager from the Github: https://github.com/Zagrios/bs-manager. Right now I'm running v1.4.7.

I downgraded Beat Saber to v1.29.1 with BSManager. Put my custom maps back in. (just drag the songs back into the CustomLevels folder) Checked cinema in the mods section of BSManager. I have to start Beat Saber through the launch button in BSManager and I have to start in Oculus Mode. I'm not sure how it works, but that puts me in VR and gets the mods working.

this helped me! I had to use v1.34.1 though, since v1.29.1 couldn't detect my q3 controllers for some reason. anyway huge thanks for the solution o7

Is this a fix for the "missing libraries" error? Been trying to get this working all day and given up now.

Dunno, sorry. It's still working for me, now on version 1.34.2 of BS. I never got a "missing libraries" error. Good luck, hope you find a solution soon.
