Stuck at End User Agreement

After starting the game i get to the End User Agreement and cant continue. I am unable to scroll through it and cant click agree. The only input from my controllers that works opens the rift overlay so i can close the app. My VR headset drivers are up to date and neither a pc restart nor reinstalling beat saber fixes the issue.

Yep - this is broken since the latest Occulus software updates.

To fix this problem I opened Steam VR, when to settings, and OPenXR, and made steam the default rendering engine for VR. IT works fine this way,
