Launches White and Black Screen on HTC Vive

32 GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 780 Ti

When I launch Beat Saber, the game starts with the right eye blank. Moving the headset causes the left eye to become white in different places, but the right eye remains completely black. The menu cannot be interacted with. The controller status leds blink white, typically indicating disconnected, until the game is forcibly closed.

The "fpfc" launch option causes the game to successfully display on the PC monitor. The camera can be controlled by the mouse and keyboard, but the main menu cannot be interacted with.

I've played beat saber before on this computer. It was a couple years ago and the OS was Windows 7.

No mods. All other games work normally. No output_log file is present.

Tried the following:

Closing all other programs
Deleting game folder
Reinstalling game
Validating game files
GPU driver up to date
