No menu/settings for mods in-game

I'm currently using ModAssistant for Beatsaber, and all the custom songs load in just fine. I'm just not able to find the menu or settings for all the other mods, such as equipping my custom sabers (also I'm using the Oculus Rift S). Any fixes?

It should on the left side in the main menu. Try running IPA.exe that's located in the Beat Saber folder.

Indeed I bet on IPA too, there is a button in Modassistant for that also.

I ran the IPA.exe, but unfortunately there still isn't a menu for the mods... Worst comes to worst, I'll re-install Beat Saber and the mods and see if that works.

It worked! I re-installed Beat Saber, imported the custom songs, sabers, etc., ran the IPA.exe, and the mod menu is there! Thanks for the help!

Apologies for necroing this, but I had this issue and couldn't find the answer online, had to ask on discord. Posting here in case it helps. Note I'm using Mod Assistant, not the newer mod manager. Here's what got the mod menu showing up ingame for me.

1) Delete the `<install directory>/IPA/Backups` folder (or move it somewhere else)
2) Run steam's "verify integrity of files" tool. This shouldn't break your mods.

And that was that! I didn't need to mess around with the IPA.exe file after that. Hope this helps for anyone coming here from google in the future
