Beat Saber not opening solo menu

So I just tried playing BS last night only for it not to let me open the Solo menu at all. I'd click on it and it'd just give me the modes description and nothing else. No blank menu, no loading cursor, it would act like I just didn't press the button at all.

it's likely an outdated mod. try updating your mods first, if that doesnt work, you should backup your songs, avatars, etc and reinstall the game clean, make sure to delete any old mod files, plugins etc that the uninstall doesnt get, then run the game once, then run mod assistant to reinstall your mods, then put the songs and such back in their folders.
