Can not select main "solo" play + Potential bug?

So I came back to my vr after being away from it for 2 weeks, (everything was unplugged during that time as I assumed this would prevent anything major from happening to the system), however, I've just tried to start playing again but the trigger button will only let me select Campaign, Credits, (The new level creator one idk the name) and the side options to the left of the menu screen.

Everything else I cannot touch.
Even the main button to play the custom songs or select a level won't let me select it! Is there some sort of fault in the new updates that has caused this or is this problem only affecting my gameplay?

There is also a weird bug/glitch when I select campaign to the left side of the menu where the new updates to the game would be as it has merged with the campaign options as well 🤔 I have pictures of it but i'm not sure if I can link them on forums either (I'm new to this thing sorry)

Anyone have any advice on what to do-? It would be much appreciated 🙏

I just had a very similar problem where I could only select campaign but neither solo or multiplayer.

The solution that worked for me was to delete my plugins folder, and re-run your mod manager of choice (I used mod assistant) to reinstall the mods. That should fix your problem.

Alternatively, it could be an issue with steamvr, either verify its integrity or deleting and reinstalling it.
