DLCs are deleted when different user plays
One computer, two Steam accounts. We both own the base game and some DLC in common, but I own DLCs that the other steam account doesn't. Any time she plays (or updates) on her account, the DLCs she doesn't own are deleted off the system, and I have to re-install them when I play.

Anybody got a fix or workaround? EDIT: we do family share for other games.

Took some fiddling, but done. Finished up with two steam installs (and two Windows users), one copy of Beat Saber under each install's default library and most other games in a shared library folder that both installs can see. Left a shortcut on the desktop of each user pointing at the correct Steam install for that user.
