Are Lindsey Stirling songs packed in the game, available as DLC, or downloaded somehow?

I tried to do the research on this and just got confused. I bought Synth Riders specifically for the Lindsey pack, and immediately wore out the batteries on my Quest 3. I don't see her in Beat Saber's DLC list, but wikipedia says there are two of hers in "OST" 6&7 and I just watched OtterWorldly's playlist that somehow has 19!? How does this all work?
