I assume you are plugged into your computer?

you'll need SteamVR downloaded, and then to play the steam version you'll have to have it plugged in via USB-C.

You can also use the "-vrmode Oculus" launch option if you want to run it without SteamVR.

Why didn't you buy it via the quest store... like you should have done if you have a quest

Preference?

@insanityGaming 100% disagree. Its much more of a pain to mod on quest, mods roll out for updates MUCH slower. As of this post the latest mod friendly quest version is 1.17.1 with only 1.20.0 being without mods as it just dropped PCVR side. Then we can add lower performance to the struggle too. Some of the more intensive modded PCVR maps can give you a little spike or 2 now and again which in a game like this is unacceptable. However, if playing vanilla (i mean, why would anyone do this?) then i guess, sure, the quest version is fine.

To play Steam games on Quest set, as others said you will need to first launch Steam VR then run Beat Saber from Steam VR. In order to do that, you will need to download the Oculus PC app, and Steam VR app. Once you do that, you'll have two options on the connection type. One is to connect a type C USB Cable from your PC to your Quest, the other is from Quest's setting you go enable Airlink. The later occasionally has latency issues which will screw up your score, but if you are playing the game for fun and exercise then it's fine.

Anyhow, the steps are: 1) to connect Quest to your PC, click on Oculus Link from settings menu 2) Once connected to PC, open Steam VR 3) from Steam VR, open Beat Saber

You can skip the need for SteamVR by putting "-vrmode Oculus" in the startup settings for Beat saber. It also runs better by doing this.

If you somehow don't have a wire to connect to your pc, airlink or virtual desktop are alternatives.
