do a complete clean beat saber install.
then run the game clean once, before installing any mods.
then get the latest version of mod assistant, it is the most reliable and stable, beat drop can have issues, it works best as just a library organizer.
run mod assistant, make sure you have it set to the latest version, select the mods and install.
if you have songs from a long time ago, they have to be converted before they will work with the new format, the mods should detect and convert them automatically the first time.
everything should work at this point,
also songs no longer need mods to work, as long as they are in your custom levels folder, they will show up in the game, even if it is vanilla with no mods.
I would reccomend joining the Beat Saber Modding Group. They stay on top of things very well and I am pretty sure all of the mod devs use that discord as well.

Edit: It absolutely worked, and all my stats are there! Thanks a ton!
