C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Beat Saber\DLC\Levels\AmericanIdiot\americanidiot

is a UnityFS Bundle which you can explore with a program called UABE. I was able to extract the FSB (FMOD Sound Bank) file from it as well (it's the .resource file). Theoretically, you can extract the OGG from this, but the program I used gave a headerless OGG and won't play anywhere. Maybe because it's chunked?

Anyway, FMOD has an FMOD Sound Bank Generator that you can download so long as you register with their website. If you use HTTPS Everywhere, it may conflict with downloading. Once I had this, I decided to legally purchase the 192kHz/24bit FLAC version of American Idiot from HDtracks.com.

If you choose to purchase from HDTracks, just remember that you can't re-download after 90 days. I backup all my high quality music purchased from here.

So, I used this with the Vorbis setting in FMOD Sound Bank Generator to create a new FSB file. Using the UABE program, I imported the FSB where the .resource is and re-saved the bundle.

The results were that it seemed to play in the menu, but the map and song were left in a black space with nothing playing. Maybe has to do with quality of the file? OGG Chunking? I don't know really. I'm new to FMOD and new to Beat Saber modding in general. But maybe someone can help me along with this idea?

Oh, by the way, the whole point of this is to replace the clean track with the original explicit version. The bleep bothers me that much.

You can get it as a custom song where it's not censored, it's a better map than the official one anyway.

I'll have to try it out then. I realize they censored it because of their ESRB "E" rating, would be nice to have an uncensored option or patch though.

would've taken them about 20 second to implement a tickbox to turn of censorhip
