Beat Sage maps feel a little empty. Can someone help me?

I am trying to load some custom music off a youtube playlist I have made through Beat Sage. The tool is convinient but when rendering Normal and Hard levels, it just feels empty. Not nearly enough blocks and there are long gaps without blocks.

I have tried using other autogenerated maps I have found on the search mod but they seem to be well filled out. Am I doing something wrong?

you're not gonna get good levels with a level generator.

Yeah, I think I am going to have to create them myself. I was just confused because the browser said some songs I looked at were autogenerated but they were really good.

Obstacles and dots off, difficulty to E and E+.

This will result in 300+ blocks per minute in electronic songs, 200-300 in rock/80s pop songs. Great way to get songs that mappers will never get around to and/or skipping the learning process of mapping it yourself.

I have a couple hundred beat sage generations that I would dare say are better than 50% of submissions to BeatSaver.

Wow, that improved it a lot. Before I wasn't getting any blocks and now that frequency shot up. Thank you.
