Since the update I've used mod assistant to update all my mods to no avail. I can't see any of them when launching the game. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Beat Saber too and nothing seems to work. Anyone else had issues?

Check where your mods are installed. It moved mine into a new folder called something on the lines of old plugins. All I did was move the files into the original folder and they worked again, with a few exceptions.

I had the same issue , eventually after multiple uninstalls and installs due to another issue the MOD menu popped up again.I also did manually delete any reference to Beat Saber in the steam folder too.

mods still work for the most part. only big ones you need to wait for them to update are Technicolor, , Chroma, and Custom JSON Data. noodle extension got updated so just go to the github site for it and get the new release

Just wait it out. Seriously, this happens EVERY SINGLE UPDATE! If you mod, don't update for at least a week or two and you'll be fine. That, or back up your game folder before updating.

I also had an issue with mods, this is what I did.
1.) Go to ModAssistant options, uninstall BSIPA
2.) Run Beat Saber, then close.
3.) Reinstall/update your mods.

This is what worked for me, so it's worth a shot if you haven't tried already.

there are mods available for the current version, but you need to use the mod installer to uninstall your core mod and reinstall. This is not done in the usual window, but it is easy to find.

Thanks, I'll give this a go. Also I've now learnt the hard way to turn off auto-updates. xD Thanks for all the comments.

I have the same problem, and I've lost all the personal scores on custom songs. Have you been able to keep your scores with this method? Thank you

Just did this so I can confirm this works since my ModAssistant wouldn't let me uninstall BSIPA and I didn't want to delete wrong files (if possible) within the BSIPA folders.

Take everything out of "Old Plugins" folder and plop it in the "Plugins" folder.
