you get upt to 100 points for slice angle and 10 for accuracy.
With slice angle, you want to make big swings, i think it was around 90° pre cut and 30° post cut to get full marks, but that could be inacurate.

The highest is SSS. However, you'd need to perfectly cut every block in the song to get that.

Rank is determined by your score compared to the max possible score, for example A rank is 65% of max score or higher, S rank is 80% of max score or higher, SS rank is 90% of max score or higher, and SSS rank is EQUAL to the max score, meaning you get 110 on every block and don't miss any, which is realistically impossible in normal play
