I have the mod installed but I don't see how to use it in-game? Can someone kindly point my stupid self the corret direction?

The game updated twice. If you had the mod installed between those updates, you'll have to run the mod installer again.

I just ran it a moment before posting this and I ran it before the two updates, but I still don't see how to use it

Are you unable to see a "Beatsaver" button at the bottom of the main menu?

If you have installed the mod, then there should be a Beatsaver button at the bottom of the screen inside Beat Saber. Click on that to go to the site where you can search for and download and install custom songs. You can also go to beatsaver.com and surf outside of VR (just unzip the zipped songs you download into the Custom Songs directory the mod created in your Beat Saber directory).
