1) See if you can rent an "Oculus Quest". Extremely portable, no external view.
2) Search "VR Cafe". They have multiple headsets, external views, but likely no support for a green screen. They charge by time.
3) I know places like main event have beat saber arcade games, but it would be expensive to go over and over again, as they charge by play. They also might see you hogging the machine and kick you out.
Hope this helps!
(I had this odd memory that, when Space Engineers went 1.0, the developers said they had an office party and someone set up Beat Saber for them -- but maybe I completely misremember. Or they are neighbours and the BeatSaber guys volunteered to set it up as a unique gift.) ;-)
but it would not actually be expensive to just buy a green screen sheet.
if you can borrow or rent a PC, rift S, a camera and a TV then it is not difficult to setup everything to work.
otherwise, you could just get a quest and stream the gameplay to a TV,
there are some companies that rent VR setups, and some that do on site VR setup, even specifically corporate team building type events, but i dont know about like a specific beat saber setup with green screen.
