Can't play multiplayer

I can't play multiplayer, everytime I open the game I get this message:
"Unable to log into the network online subsystem:GOG with error:Undefined error...
Achievements, leaderboards, cloud sync and multiplayer games may not work.
Please make sure that you are properly connected to the internet and your platform."
There is nothing wrong with my internet connection and platform. How can I fix this problem?

There was on discord talking about same alert, its look like there is some isue with gog and its should be temporary but if not maybe hit devs in discord

Two questions only
1. You sure you do not have ancestors legacy network capabilities blocked somehow? In example by firewall, windows defender or maybe an third party app?
2. Have you tried running the app straight from it .exe file and running it as administrator? What i mean by that is going straight to where ancestors legacy is installed, finding the starting file for it, right click on it and choosing run as administrator from the menu

I'm having this problem too, the game isn't blocked by a firewall and i can't find the .exe file to try that way. I have gog galaxy installed

ancestors exe file is located in
yoursteamfolder\steamapps\common\Ancestors Legacy\Anc\Binaries\Win64\Anc-Win64-Shipping.exe

Guys, I have few additional questions. They may sound stupid but are important for some reasons.
1. Are you guys sure that steam is not in offline mode?
2. What version of Ancestors Legacy are you running? Basically what number is being shown in main menu.

and what We would need for you is:
1. download GalaxyPeer.json file
2. put GalaxyPeer.json file "YOUR STEAM INSTALLATION DIRECTORY"\steamapps\common\Ancestors Legacy\Anc\Binaries\Win64\ next to Anc-Win64-Shipping.exe file
3. run the game, and proceed to the main menu after the error message. After seeing error message and reaching main menu quit the game
4. find new file ( GalaxyPeer..log ) in "YOUR STEAM INSTALLATION DIRECTORY"\steamapps\common\Ancestors Legacy\Anc\Binaries\Win64\
upload GalaxyPeer..log to us or send it to [e-mail]

this would help us to find the issue

I think I have solved the issue. I downloaded the file you said and run the game as you described. Then I read the new log file and somewhere in the file it said this

After that I changed my username and tried again and it worked

We will try to reach to our partners at gog for them to make some fixes to this problem.
In the meantime this walkaround must do...

Just lol. This is completely outside of our control. We'll contact GOG about that.
