Dialogues language problem

Hello.

Year ago, i completed campaign of Portal 2.
Today, im back going to get all the achviements. And what i see? The dialogues language are english (Im polish, and i'd like to have polish language, as british guys want to have english).
I tried many things, i listed them here:
1. In-Steam language options was changed to polish -
2. I re-installed Portal deleting all maps. (almost, only one is still on my PC)
3. Deleted all mods from internet.

Still nothing. Anyone have an idea what can I do to change dialogues language to polish?

@Edit1: Im playing now and some of text is in polish language, and some in english. Anyone can help me?


PROBLEM IS SOLVED
Because of another comment asking for the solution, here it is.
Again I repeat I MANAGED TO ONLY FIGURE OUT DIALOGUES SUBTITLES, NOT THE DUBBING. If you are here because you have problem with said above thing, proceed further.

1. Activate the developer console in the options.
2. Press ` (A button next to the 1 and TAB) (tilde)
3. You have opened the developer console, restart the game or check the option from step 1.
4. Type cc_lang >> <<
You type your language in english in the place marked with >> <<
If you don't know how to type your language in english, type everything that ISN'T A LANGUAGE. It will set subtitles to steam/steam configuration of game language.

i have the same problem.
i want to play it with my polish GF but there seems to be no possibility to get the game to polish.
i heard of a fandub but didnt find it since my polish is too bad.
please tell me if you find this fandub

I did not meant dubbing, i meant subtitles. If i remember correctly (cuz i found answer about month ago) you need to type cc_lang >>language name<< to change subtitles language. Its working. If you dont want how you type your languages name you need to type something that ISNT a language name. It will cause that your subtitles language will be same as interface language. I'll delete this post in 1 month.
@Edit: I read it again. Sorry. I wrote it wrong.

Right-click the game and go to the settings. There you can change the language. Valve made it so that it's independent fom Steam's language now.

witaj, miałem ten sam problem. Co zrobiłem bylo przeszedlem wszystkich moich ustawien parowych (w tym portal 2-tych) i zmieniłem je wszystki do Polski. I nadzieje, ze to wors dla ciebie too nigdy nie patrz zbyt wielu tutaj wyjątkiem mnie tak ... spotkałem kogoś >;3

I found a solution ... it works
You need to change the cc_lang variable of the console to "polish"
You'll find it in \\common\portal 2\update\cfg\config.cfg
If you write "" the game will use the default audio text.

This only change the subtitles languages.

.......I writed it 5 comments ago. Problem is solved.
@rcmero This one does not work. My problem happened cuz of "Storming the Castle" custom map. When i typed cc_lang in console it said something like: "actual language is: Castle". So i typed cc_lang Polish and problem solved. (I mean in-game console)

The problem is solved and the thread is edited. I repeat again it is the DIALOGUES SUBTITLE LANGUAGE, not the dubbing.
