Achievements aren't unlocking
I finished all test courses and done most of the misc achievements, but the achievements aren't unlocking anymore.
It didn't even unlock the ones for finishing the co-op.

How do I fix this? Do I need to use a new save? How do I delete my old one on the Steam Cloud?

All of them, all the achievements I don't have Here, are locked.

No cheats are enabled, I tried getting most of them playing on local co-op with two controllers, still nothing.

I have the same problem. My Portal 2 Achievements are disabled and i can't fix it.

I've tried several things, like setting sv_cheats on and off, running with or withouth the Console enabled, i've used console commands to warp to levels as well as run to the ones i'm trying to do achievements on. Nothing seems to work.

The Console shows this error message:
*********************************** * NO GAME SESSION * * some features might be disabled * * (achievements, stats, UI, etc.) * *********************************** Stats and achievements are disabled: cheats turned on in this app session
The last line there pops up everytime i _should_ have gotten an achievement.
The ones i'm trying to get are f.ex. "Pturretdactyl" and "Final Transmission".

I'll try running the console to see if that's the case with me as well.
I remember I tried warping to some co-op custom maps to play with a friend...

I had the issue in protal 1, came to the solution that I didn't get them cause I played commentary mode.

From what i've noticed is that about 50/50 of the guides and tips i read on this problem is about wheter or not Commentary mode works with achievements or not. I know i've tried both but get the same error message.
I'll try some more later today and i'll let you know if i find a fix.
Thanks for suggestions.

There's no co-op commentary mode...
And besides, there are no commentary bubbles anywhere.

(I've been playing portal 2 for a long time now but I'm still in the middle of the game.)
I want a way how to enable them back!

I actually got it fixed after contacting the Support. Here's what they wrote.

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

We apologize for the delay.

This typically happens because you are not connected to Steam friends at the time you received the achievement, either due to intentionally setting yourself to "Offline," or due to network connectivity issues.

If you are set to offline in your Steam friends list, please ensure you are set to one of the online statuses, then re-attempt the achievement.

Otherwise, please complete the following steps, then re-attempt the achievement:

Please exit Steam and go to the folder called C:\Program Files\Steam\ (this is the default location for a Steam installation - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it).

Delete all of the files in this folder except:

- \Steamapps\ and \Userdata\ folders

- Steam.exe (this file is listed as an application and features the black and white Steam logo)

Restart your computer.

Then, you will need to launch Steam.exe from within the Steam installation folder, and not from a pre-existing shortcut.

With Steam running, re-test the original issue.

Note: This process will not affect your currently installed games.

If the issue persists, view the following article for further troubleshooting:

Title: Troubleshooting Network Connectivity

Please follow all suggestions in this article, even if your network appears to be functioning correctly.
