How to get a Portal 2 badge?

I got only 4 of 8 cards. How to get the others so I'll have a bagde? And one more question: Why are there 3 Portal 2 badges?

Either trade with other players who have the cards you're missing, or head over to the Market Place and purchase the cards there.

Not sure what you're talking about, I'm only seeing one badge. You're able to get each badge 5 times, is that what you're asking?

I meant, there are 3 different Portal 2 badges: I'm a Potato, something with Wheatley, and SPAAAACE. Why are there so many of them and how are they dropped?

I think the badages are random. You became it every "X" seconds.

You only get 4, you have to trade for the others.

I'm a potato is for all the achievements, at least 1 of them would be for one trading card set, and there's a foil badge for collecting all the foil cards, don't know about the other one though

I'm a potato is for all the achievements, at least 1 of them would be for one trading card set, and there's a foil badge for collecting all the foil cards, don't know about the other one though

Oh my GOD this is ancient!!! I know so much more about badges now... you get card drops by playing the game - that way you can acquire up to half of the cards needed to craft a badge. You can get the rest of the cards by trading or buying them at the Community Market.
