Both were fantastic, but in the end I have to go with "Want you gone". I find it to be longer and more funky than Still Alive. I guess what I'm saying is I can dance to Want you gone, but I can't to Still Alive.

Want You Gone overall wants me to listen to it more than Still Alive. Plus Portal 2's soundtrack was simply amazing.

they're both great, but it's still alive, that i vote for. IT'S LONGER (not like FrankBiscuit said) and it's one of the songs you can sing very fast without loosing the melody nor the text. you can't do that with want you gone.(and btw, i lern german and the german translation of still alive is waaaay better than the translation of want you gone.) + the computer sound effects are too many in the second song, while while you can play the whole still alive on the piano (i can't though). the ening song is maybe the only thing i like in the first game more.

Portal 1 ending song was miles better. First of all, it was original. Portal 2 ending song is pretty much just Portal 1 ending song with different lyrics and a dressed up beat. Also, the portal Portal 2 song is way too mainstream, and it ruins the spirit the original song was meant to convey. The original song was supposed to be off-beat, and a little awkward, but somehow compelling. What they did with the Portal 2 song was just water down the original song.

no. the second song is awesome and it's totally different from the first one, it just wasn't perfect like it.
