custom map help

last time i was a bit vauge so pay close atentnion
i have downloaded a map from the net but when i try to run it i get this:`

CModelLoader::Map_IsValid: No such map 'maps/randommap.bsp'
map load failed: randommap not found or invalid

this is not a workshop map and i am puting the map in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Portal 2\portal2\maps

Please help this has been driveing me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like the map is corrupted. Might try redownloading it or letting the author know of your troubles.
