Something wrong from entering Portal 2

So on my Computer, when I enter into a campaign or a Custom Map from Steam Workshop, my screen goes black and automatically exits me out of the game for no apparent reason. I would really like if someone tells me what's going on.

you know, when I would play portal 2 single player again, i realized that the original game and a costum map that somehow mixed up! I wasn't playing chell, but a little black guy from the aperture sience publicity(if you know what I mean). It was really strange, when I went to the elevator, i heard a kind of animal screaming. I've played it a douzins of times, and I know what I'm talking about; THAT SOUND SHOULDN'T BE THERE! AND I WAS IN THE ELEVATOR WITH LOCKED DOORS! I'm not trying to make a creepypasta, because it is not creepy. IT'S STRANGE! when i decided to stop, the game asked me to rate the map.?. It was a mixed game,
but the most strange thing is that i have never downloaded that map, so it couldn't have been the computer that was slow, and forgot to delete it. the map was called: twelve angry test part four. And I know that map from YouTube. And yes, you are the small black guy from the aperture publicity. BUT, is it a virus? Help Me! :D I'm confused
