Test chambers won't build. Please help.

Any kind of level that I make won't build. Even if I make no additional changes to a brand new chamber, I get stuck on this screen with the loading bar stoping at exactly this point.

I verified my cache and that did not work. I would be very grateful if anyone could help. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem, Building Geometry progress bar is stuck i.e. frozen at the last little bit. I should note I'm on a mac.
