so i have portal 2 for ps3 and it connected to steam and i cant buy any games on steam from my computer cause it sucks at running games anyhoodoes having portal 2 not count as having a game on steam

Yes it will appear that your are playing portal 2 on your ps3, on steam. If thats what your asking. :P
