Changing graphics settings without being in-game?

I made the silly mistake of setting the texture/shader/lighting detail settings too high, to the point that I can't even get to the menu properly. Is there any way to modify graphics settings without using the in-game menu?

Hi,
There might be a config file in the game folder where you could edit them from, but there's a lot to search through. it might be worth trying uninstalling it and re installing it. hopefully it wont have saved your settings.
