probably - it only needs 128mb of vram to run and directx 9

Not sure if it will be playable.... When my gt430 died I tried with 7600GS and it worked terrible! Not playable at all (AMD X2 5000+ CPU). At the moment I'm using ATI 5450 512VRam, it's barely working but playable with all settings to low. Try to compare these cards online.

Your computer is just barely under the minimum requirements for Portal 2... you will most likely be able to run the game, but i cant say how well..

actually i was wrong... your computer meets reccomended requirements, except for your graphics card

I am guessing it will be able to run on at least low settings.. Portal 2 is generally a game that runs well on most computers

If you can run HL2 and TF2, you will be able to run Portal 2

You should be okay, you might lag or have missing textures though.
