Co-op - Cube Glitch - Help Needed!!!!!!!!
Hey, can someone pls help me when this glitch - I've been trying to make a Co-op Chamber!!
When I'm testing my c0-op chamber, before it has been published, I encounter this problem:

1. When I grab a cube, it wont push other cubes sitting on the ground - meaning it is like I'm holding an invisable cube? (but yes, 'I can see it')
2. If I go to run on speed gel, holding a cube - I can't throw it, I have to first hop off the gel or slow right down? heres why - if a cube is sitting there and I run past or towards it on speed gel -it automatically makes me grab it - without me pressing 'E'?

I need to know if this is just a glitch while I'm making the chamber - or once I publish the chamber it will continue to glitch like this??????

P.S. If I change the chamber back to Single Player - the glitch dissappears and everything goes back to normal?

Please someone help me know if this will continue - I can't test it onced published because I cant play it - (no friends online) and plus I want to leave it unpublished till I can add it to a Collection I'm working on.

Are you talking about an Hammer map or a PeTI map ?

1: The cubes in co-op don't stay as actual entities when you pick them up. This is to prevent lag in co-op.

2: If you run on Propulsion gel and there's a cube infrond of you, it automatically picks it up for you so that the cube doesn't stop you mid-way.

These don't apply to Singleplayer, as it makes it more realistic and doesn't make it lag at all.

is there a way to make the cubes entities?
Cause I want to be able to throw them - I don't want to atomatically pick em up!
And im referring to the standard chamber making - not hammer.

If you have Hammer, you can do what you want.
However, I don't have an answer and I didn't know the thing that "1: The cubes in co-op don't stay as actual entities when you pick them up. This is to prevent lag in co-op."

dang, ok thanks - I hope this gets fixed in future - (however - i don't think that will ever happen)

I've heard that the physics system works differently in co-op than single player ones. It looks to be really there, but however in game's reality, it's not.

Because the physics system works differently than single-player ones, you cannot make cube-stacking puzzles in co-op because the held cube is not really there and will appear visually in wrong places of the map. Single player? It's fine.

Also, you can pull cubes through grates and glass because once you pick it up, it's no longer really there.

Did you know you can pull cubes straight through walls while using the noclip cheat? It's true! (literally!) In single player does the opposite.

2. Course 2 in coop mode contained a lot of flings, and sometimes you would accidentally press 'E'.

I knew you could grab them through grating and glass - and have even done it in single player.
But I don't really know about the cheats (i know a lot of bugs/glitches), I get scared that if I mess around to much with it - I will end up having to re-install the game.
I just had a really good idea that would only 'really' work with two players - but can't now because the cube is a lie! (bit of a pun)
Well thats just really great - I'll probs make the chamber Single Player - but it won't really have a purpose unfortunetly :(
As a side point - I actually make a lot of Chambers revolving around glitches and bugs (lol, mostly/almost all are involving the cube)
So you can't make a co-op chamber where you have to run past or near a cube - if u don't want to grab it - and have to come to almost a complete stop if u want to throw it - Thats a real shame! It SUCKS!

craftminerlx24 - I think it kind of sucks that i pick up the cube automatically - like really...who implements that into the game!!!! (yes I get that it stopped lag), but come on!

How other multiplayer games can do things like many players, physical vehicles etc without too much issue?
