nothing genuine, some fake news articles and lots of rumours and hopes but no official word yet. I'd say chances are extremely high that there will eventually be a sequel, but the key word is eventually. on the plus side though we do have the community test chambers to keep us with new content and increase the games lifespan

There was some kind of cliff hanger in half life 2 that showed portal and half life are in the same uniiverse so maybe they will be one game.

I'd speculate that it's highly unlikely that there will be a Portal 3. The story arch finished, a Chell went free. There may be a tie-in with the next Half-Life game, but hey, who knows?
