dead zone
has anyone else gotten to a dead end when you escape with wheatley in the metal cutting bit, the pannels dont stop comming and you cant get past?

There'll always be a way, there are no dead ends unless the game's scripted to have them.

I haven't played the single player maps in a while; but I have a vague memory of one or two places that seemed like a dead end only because I wasn't being creative enough with my search for a way out.

I'm sorry; like I said it has been a long time since I played the single player story mode. Perhaps if you look for a walkthrough for that level on Youtube you'll see what you h ave to do?

Hm...

Right click the game on your library (on the list on the right), click in Properties, go to Local files, click Verify integrity and let it finish. See if that will fix it.
