My point was, if there is already a bug in the first level which is known to exist for around 4 years and wasnt fixed, what other gamebreaking (and yes, it was gamebreaking since we couldnt go on without restarting) bugs will there be ? Thanks, but no thanks...
Thanks for trying to help thou, appreciated.

my "standards for gaming" arent actually that high since i did quite a bit of modding in both Sykrim and Fallout (using mods, not writing them), so yeah, anyone that knows how to mod those games also knows you need to have alot of patience and a thick skin when it comes to bugs....
If my reaction seems a bit "over the top" for you then thats fine, i however thinks its perfectly adequate.

as i said in my first post, i was just looking for an explanation how something like this is even possible in a game as old (in a good way) and popular as portal 2, like "oh its full of bugs, dont mind that little one at the start" or "its a well known bug but developers clearly said they wont fix it because that would break this or that" or something along those lines...
