I can't find it anymore.
There was a video I watched, and it had the song with the lyrics near the bottom.
Italian/Latin Lyrics:
Cara bel, cara mia bella!
Mia bambina, oh ciel (Chell)!
Che ella stima!
Che ella stima!
O cara mia, addio!
La mia bambina cara,
perche non passi lontana?
Si, lontana da Scienza!
Cara, cara mia bambina,
Ah, mia bel!
Ah, mia cara!
Ah, mia cara!
Ah, mia bambina!
Oh cara, cara mia,
English Lyrics:
Beutiful dear, my darling beauty!
My child, oh heavens (Chell)!
That she respects!
That she respects!
Oh my dear, farewell!
My dear child,
why don't you walk far away?
Yes, far away from Science!
My dear, dear baby,
Ah, my beloved!
Oh, my dear!
Oh, my dear!
Ah, my little girl!
Oh dear, my dear,

EDIT: I just checked (I'm replaying the game and I'm in the part with the underground chambers), I could hear the music, and I can assure you it wasn't Cara Mia/Turret Opera. I don't think it was a turret singing, and it didn't sound like it either. I think it was just a song to catch the somber feeling of that place with the darkness and the fire. My point is, it wasn't the Turret Opera. Case closed.
