Anyways you are sucked up through the destroyed ceiling and are now lying on the ground above Apreture looking at the blue sky whilst pieces of GLaDOS are falling around you and then it fades to black. You escaped! That was the original ending.
At some point Valve changed this slightly. Same thing happens after you defeat GLaDOS but whilst lying on the ground you hear a robot walk up behind you and drags you back into Apreture. This is the new ending (to portal 1).
As spacecore mentions there is only one ending to Portal 2.
