courrupted .dem file/ odd error node out of bounds

so i found this error node plus a few buildings out of bounds and i recorded a .dem file. when i replayed it it was all ok until it got to the error node. it gliched there. it made an odd noise before ending. i also found odd things in hl2 too the error node i found was in my workshop level and i dint place it there nor the buildings. i also checked if mikeastros workshop levels had those things and they did
