The thing with the hand in that video reminds me very much of an FPS, and also reminds me of Magrunner, which is a puzzle game inspired by Portal, where you use a glove to magnetize objects.
Also, Chell never speaks. So the line, "She'll go alone, and never speak of this again" is very fitting.
"This girl who's slept a hundred years has something after all" also works. Even though we don't know how long Chell was asleep, at least a hundred years is a good bet.
