Language selection
Is there a way to change Portal 2's UI and subtitle language without changing Steam's language. My Steam is in finnish but I would like to have Portal 2's UI and subtitles in English. Can't believe that this basic and common setting is not included in settings menu.

Unfortunately that does nothing (was already on English). Haven't tried restarting steam though, might do that later.

I changed my Steam language to English, but Portal 1 and 2 are still in Swedish.

1. Open Steam
2. Right-Click on Portal 2 in your Library
3. Select "Properties"
4. In "Language" tab select English
5. In "General" tab click on "Set Launch Options" button
6. Type in "cc_lang english" and press Enter
7. Launch the game

It should be in English now. Works for me, anyway, I have Steam in English but game in Polish.
It's a common issue with Valve games, for some reason they require for you to change Steam language in order to change game language :/
