Crash after like 10 mins

The screen just turns black and the game stop working and brings me to desktop without an error-message after 10 minutes of playing it. How to fix this?

It happens pretty much whenever. It happened in a community chamber, single player, co-op etc. everywhere.

same problem i dont think it has any thing to do with it. but it only started happening after i played a community chamber

Mine's crashing as soon as my save finishes loading. I hear a snippet of sound and then back to desktop. I've played a few community chambers. I noticed right before I started playing that Steam had updated. Maybe a bug? Did anyone else's start this right after the update?

Mine was doing the same!! I have to keep verifying game cache and it does a 7mb update then works fine!!!

I tried this and now my game works. I can load saves and it doesnt crash after loading the next level.

You're not alone. I have an inkling it might have something to do with the new steam update and a patch might come within a day or two.

I have verified game cache and nothing changes, but I keep crashing without any error message. I'll wait a few more days before trying again.

I have the same problem, which started about two days ago. Is this a common problem the last two days? If so, like stated earlier: Steam will probably release an update soon. I hope.

Has anyone tried reinstalling?

Having exactly the same problem, and it still breaks with the beta update too.

For me, disabling the Steam overlay fixed the crashing.
