报告翻译问题
I have in Direct Input Mode because I'm on Mac. I've never gotten it to work in X input mode. Also, I assume it needs some kind of drivers but ive never seen them installing on my mac.
You can always try GamePad Companion which is for Mac.

My Experience with the F310.
Hardware:
Alienware Alpha - Windows 7
I have this exact same controller and it seems Source doesn't very much like this type of controller, as well as the F310 not having sixaxis, making it hard to precisely aim.
The same can be said for TF2.
