One day i wondered if i can change the color of my two portals. If anyone knows how, please say how.

Also, there are only co-op portal textures.

I don't think it's possible to change the colour of portals, without recreating a lot of particles, textures and other things for the different colour.

did it. I'm trying to find a tutorial, but the only one I've found has been an unclear tutorial intended for Portal 1 which made me download a program then look for a file that doesn't exist. Somehow LB was able to figure it out from that tutorial, but I wish he'd make a video tutorial on how he actually did it. It's been so long since he might not completely remember though.

I just found an actual tutorial. It's simple, straight forward, and so far is working.
I'm still following it myself, so I can't say for sure if it'll work, but it seems pretty promising, so I hope this helps everyone out.

Well, even if it doesn't help the original poster, it can help others, since
when I searched for "changing portal colors portal 2" or whatever I was I searched, this was the first thing that came up. Figured the first thing that came up shoud have an answer to the original question, right? (Though I didn't notice the post was 4 years old, still GLaD I did it though.)

i need help with chaning the portal colors in some of my maps , i tryed spp_ stuff but it didnt work
