vpk editing problem

Hello, I have a problem.
I want to edit sounds in Portal 2.
I've extracted the pak01_dir.vpk with GCFScape, then I edited sounds and dragged this folder
to shortcut of vpk from Portal2/portal2/bin, but it didn't run so I tried vpk.exe from TF2 and on
any folders it was ok, but on this pak01_dir folder it don't want to run...
It writes:
"Finding files and creating temporary control file...
Control file lists 29657 files
Total file size . . . . : 6391926584 bytes
Size in preload area . : 0 bytes
Size in data area . . . : 6391926584 bytes"
and over. No vpk created...

make new folder called portal2_dlc3 and create new pak01_dir inside then put sound there

Thanks! When I play in settings is set my audio, but I can't hear anything... No voices, no music and no FX....

I already have it in .wav :/ It starts the intro with sounds, but in menu and in game it doesn't work...
