some questions about the sixense motion pack dlc

you cant play it without a motion controller, but after the portal 2: community edition team got engine access they mentioned maybe making a game plugin to allow that to happen for k&b, so you can look out for that if they decide to make it.

There is a "Play Game" button for me. I don't know if you need anything special to install it.

Also, you don't need a Razer Hydra. You need a Creative Senz3D camera.

you are right, the motion pack is for the Hydra and the Perceptual Pack is for the Senz3D camera.

For some reason this stuff seems to be completely undocumented but it seems that the motion pack has not been available for a year or two since Razer discontinued the Hydra.

Put the lower portal2_sixense folder into the Portal 2 folder, then open Steam's game settings and type

in the launch options

Thanks a lot for the link! Also latest updates broke that dlc, so it could be run as "previous_release" beta setting. Or there are available packed dlc at moddb

zenz3d is the perceptual pack not the motion pack

That's intentional, Valve actually forgot to remove it from the store ages ago and they've recently seen a YouTuber's video about it leading to the removal of it from the store.
