Is Chell Caroline?

Before you start spamming me with messages saying, "No, Chell isn't Caroline. There is a poster in a room with the name 'Chell' on it!" I am well aware of that, thanks. Just hear me out.

Item #1: When Caroline was put into Glados, it could be that is why Chell cannot speak.
Item #2: From the pictures that I've seen of Caroline and Chell, they look pretty similar. Not exactly the same, but... similar enough that I'm questioning this. (And no, Chell is not Caroline's daughter. That's been debunked already.)
Item #3: When Glados was singing in the end credits, she seems like she's talking to Chell for most of the time. But then, all of a sudden, she says, "When I delete you maybe I'll stop feeling so bad." Which makes me think that she's talking about Caroline. Idk, this is probably too far-fetched. But... I mean, it's a possibility.

Interesting idea, but I don't think the timeline works. We first meet Caroline in the section of Aperture that dates from the 50's, presumably the founding years. If Chell contributed to the "Bring your daughter to work" day, Caroline would have to be a child when you hear her speak, which she clearly is not. So it's unlikely Caroline would have made an entry in the potato battery contest. Chell is mute because most FPS games (Duke Nukem being the notable exception) have the player controlling a mute character, so Valve made a little fun of that when GlaDos says "you dangerous, mute lunatic."

Chell is to young to be Caroline. Caroline was a adult in the 60's and GlaDOS was brought online in the 80's. even if you assume that Carolines upload happens way before the 80's she is shown to be middle aged if not older at one point. We know chell was there as a child after the first activation, and as a adult in the 2000's in her 20's. also Caroline is white and Chell is asian/hispanic
