Is it just me, or is the Robot Enrichment Store (in-game) unable to connect to checkout? I can't get onto it at all.

It's been down for a while, I doubt they'll be fixing it at this point.

Valve has unfortunately shutdown the store because it was a huge failure and the result was just shutting the store down. The skins and gestures are still obtainable but you have to trade with people through steam trading.
