How can I download Portal 2 community maps and play them?

I've seen on YouTube a person do the community map "Into the Multiverse" and really want to play it, but I'm confused on how to download it and play them (I want the maps from the Steam Workshop). Please help

Probably late but what you do is subscribe to the map at https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=211830317.

Then, start Portal 2 and head to "Community Test Chambers". You should find it in there. Pick singleplayer or co-op (whichever the map is) and you should be able to play it.
